Certificates of Accreditation
Accreditation does not terminate on the reinspection due date of the CAP Accreditation certification. Post Inspection review by The CAP may take an additional 6-8 weeks from the anniversary date on the certificate. Certifications will be updated on this page as soon as they are received. All certificates are maintained by the Lab Service Center QA team and updated regularly.
