Research Interest:

My research focus is on the development of novel radiopharmaceuticals for molecular imaging and targeted radiotherapy therapy. My graduate studies focused on the development of PET and SPECT imaging agents targeted to the prostate specific membrane antigen (PSMA). My post-doctoral work continued the development of PSMA-targeted PET agents for imaging as well as for targeted β-emitting radiotherapy. In addition, I also evaluated agents that I modified for PET imaging agents for breast and neuroendocrine cancers as well as melanoma. My lab works to develop and evaluate targeted radiotherapies by modifying antibodies and small molecules for a variety of cancers, particularly liver cancers, colorectal and gliomas.
